US Shipping 

Shipments to the US includes all duties, fees and tariffs.

 

Shipping

Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation to the email provided. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We aim to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days processing before shipment.


Shipping Costs:

All domestic orders within Australia for $150 or more receive FREE standard shipping.

All domestic orders within Australia under $150 are charged at a flat rate of $9.95.

Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Standard shipping for international orders will vary based on value, weight and location.

 

Delivery time after processing:

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post. This has an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days.

Express Post orders have an estimated time of 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.


International Shipping:

We ship internationally! The cost is calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Please check with your local customs in regard to any fees or regulations relating to our products which we do not cover.


Order cancellation:

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
  • After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email with:
    • Order number
    • Customer name
  • Requests are handled in the order they are received and approval is not guaranteed after the 1-hour window.

3. Returns Instead of Cancellation

  • If you miss the cancellation window, you can:
  • Return shipping costs will be at customers cost unless the item is faulty.

4. Business-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders (and issue a full refund) due to:

  • Stock availability issues
  • Payment verification problems
  • Suspected fraud
