WHAT ABOUT MY ORDERS BEFORE JOINING?
If you create your new loyalty account with the same email address you used to place your previous orders, all points from your previous orders will be waiting for you!
HOW DO I SPEND MY POINTS?
To view your points and redeem points for discount codes, visit your account portal.
Once you’ve accrued 200 points, you can redeem your first $10 reward. This is redeemed as a discount code that you need to apply at checkout to receive your discount.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Every dollar spent, you earn 1 point. Plus, there's some other great ways to accrue points too:

IS THERE A LIMIT & DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your PRAYA Circle points never expire, and you can collect as many as you like. Save them up for something special, or redeem them whenever you’re ready.

You're in control! You choose how many points you'd like to redeem at one time, the minimum to redeem is 200 points.
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?
Thank you for sharing our skincare, your support means so much to us! We love rewarding all friend referrals, and you can earn great savings for every referral when you're a loyalty member.
To refer a friend, you need to ensure you share your unique referral link with them AND they must place their order from this same link. Your referral link is in your loyalty rewards portal.
You give them a $30 discount off their first order, and in return you receive a $30 discount code too!
The person you referred must be a new customer. They need to click your uniqur referral link you sent and enter their email to receive their $30 discount code. Once the person you referred makes a purchase over the minimum spend of $89+ (excluding sample sizes and gift sets) and uses their discount code, you will get an email with your $30 discount code.
You can use your referral discount code on any orders with a minimum spend of $89 (excluding sample sizes and gift sets). The refer-a-friend discounts cannot be used with any other offers or discount codes.
